Back to Blog Written on 10-Nov-2009 by PhailanxRussell Volckman posted this video on his blog Brand Integrity which I thought was a fantastic piece that actually applies to more than just your brand. Think about your website or your product... are you doing enough to make it fun and engaging for your customers. Think about the opportunities that are available to help encourage your users to further interact with you or your product.
Besides purpose, engagement is the key factor at present to getting customers to convert/retain and stay with you so make sure that you are doing everything you can... it's amazing to see how much persuasion you can have over your customers just by creating a unique user experience.
